(1) Section 21B. Based on the report received in accordance with sub-section (2), the relevant university or educational institution shall follow the prescribed procedure and submit its opinion to the Government of Nepal after making necessary inquiries. The Government of Nepal will consult with the Council and give necessary instructions to the Council in relation to the opinions received.

(3) According to sub-section (2), the Council will take necessary decisions in accordance with the instructions given by the Government of Nepal.

p>(4) Pursuant to sub-section (3), the decision of the council to remove the recognition of such medical institution from the schedule or to remove the recognition of medical science degrees, diplomas, certificates or other titles awarded by such medical institutions after a certain date shall be published in the Nepal Gazette.
